JOHN

John is the owner and a talented tattoo artist who has called Soldotna, Alaska home for over 35 years. His passion for art began at a young age, with early dreams of becoming a cartoonist, even pursuing animation studies in college. As a family man with five children, John is deeply motivated to do his best and create a lasting impact in his community. After working in another shop, he decided to open his own tattoo studio in 2017, aiming to create a space that reflected his personal interests and values. His vision was simple: a welcoming, safe, and creative environment where people could enjoy not just their tattoos, but the overall experience of being part of a close-knit, positive atmosphere. The studio has grown and evolved over the years, expanding its services and adding talented artists and a piercer, but John’s commitment to his community and his craft remains at the heart of everything he does.
